Description
The first skin I created for WindowBlinds which I only just got around to uploading here.
It has XP, ShellStyles and custom colour support with WebBlinds support soon to be added. The XP user icon and wallpaper are in the archive but I will also add the wallpaper to the DA library as a separate upload.
Additional Notes: Right-click on titlebar is Roll-up/down while double-click sets window Always On Top.
All comments and criticism welcome and encouraged.
